La Mostra
La Mostra is a theater festival for kids that is held yearly in Igualada, my hometown. When I was asked to design posters for this edition I was sure of what to draw: a ‘Monstra’.
This word stands for ‘female monster’ in catalan, and that idea came to my mind after hearing kids scream ‘the Monstra is coming!’ when the festival would be approaching.
To make this design some other artists where involved: Marc Vila photographed and made the video come together, Alex Lopez was involved in typography and design, and Pep Massana composed the sound of the video.
