I love lightning things up with matches and I love the smell it makes when it you light them up. I used to have matches in my kitchen and I started paiting them when I felt like some had unattractive designs.

Several years ago I started working in a design office and when people went outside to smoke they would borrow my matchboxes, as I always had plenty of them. Boxes would run out quickly so I became addicted to paiting them and we ended up making kind of a matchbox wall.
